Our services.

  • Housing & Accommodation Support

    We assist individuals and families in securing and maintaining stable housing. Our team helps with finding accommodation, preventing homelessness, navigating housing applications, and resolving tenancy issues.

  • Benefits & Financial Assistance

    We support applications for Universal Credit, PIP, ESA, JSA, Work Capability Assessments, and other financial aid programs. Additionally, we provide food vouchers for low-income households to ensure access to essential resources.

  • Immigration & Legal Documentation

    As an OISC-accredited organization, we assist with limited leave to remain, indefinite leave, settlement, naturalization, and asylum support (S95, S98, S4 applications). We also help with obtaining passports, biometric residence permits, and travel documents.

  • Advocacy & Mentorship

    We offer one-on-one mentorship, advocacy, and emotional support to help individuals settle, overcome barriers, and navigate complex systems. Our team ensures clients feel empowered and informed every step of the way.

  • Access to Essential Services

    We facilitate GP, dentist, and optician registrations, help with school admissions and appeals, and provide job-seeking support such as CV writing, applications, and referrals to language courses.

  • Partner Referrals & Specialist Support

    We connect clients with trusted organizations for legal aid, addiction recovery, debt management, furniture assistance, and financial guidance. Our partnerships ensure individuals receive the specialized help they need.
